Leaf Springs
McAllister Spring manufactures a full range of high quality leaf
springs for all makes of vehicles in the automotive industry. This
includes on- and off-highway truck, commercial trailer, heavy equipment,
overload, light trailer, passenger car and 4X4 sport utility.
McAllister specializes in heavy truck applications and can produce
springs with leaves up to 1 1/2" x 6" in cross section.

U-Bolts
We manufacture U-bolts for cars, light and heavy duty trucks and
trailers, as well as for industrial applications.
Fully manufactured and heat-treated alloy steel Grade 8 U-bolts
range from 5/8" to 2" diameter with National Coarse or National
Fine threads. Cold bent, hi-tensile U-bolts ranging from 3/8" to
1 1/4" diameter are also available. Orders for U-bolts can usually
be completed in one day. Metric sizes and metric threads are available
on request.

High Strength Bolts
McAllister manufactures high-strength, full body heat-treated alloy
steel bolts, ranging from 3/4" to 2 inch diameter in Grade 5 or Grade
8, and in lengths up to 8 feet. All bolts can be supplied bare or
plated. On special orders, we are able to deliver bolts up to 20 feet
in length.

Anchor Bolts
Made of carbon or fully heat-treated medium alloy steel, the McAllister
line of anchor bolts for industrial and construction applications
ranges from 3/4" to 2" diameter and in lengths up to 7 feet. Available
in various SAE and ASTM specifications (eg. ASTM A325). Bare or
galvanized.

Heat Treating
McALLISTER SPRING has a broad range of heat-treating capabilities
to satisfy your needs, including:
HARDENING & TEMPERING
Oil or water quenching and subsequent tempering.
STRESS RELIEVING
of welded carbon steel fabrications and heavy plate.
NORMALIZING
Austenitizing followed by slow cool.
Our experience covers various Grades such as 4140, 5160, 4340, 1527,
9259, 8630, 1080, stainless, etc. in various forms - plates, bars,
tubes, fabrications, castings, bolts, and other fasteners.
Our heat-treating furnaces are fully calibrated and certified. Temperature
charts/hardness testing documentation are available upon request.
